Was recently in Buenos Aires and had a chance to eat at a few nice restaurants. One of them was at the Fogon Asado, they offer a tasting menu for 100,000 peso and a wine paring for 55,000.
I thought the value was definitely there, compared to Don Julio, even cheaper.
My favourite was the grilled cheese, short ribs, and the ribeye.

No crepe at the end?
Went to this place twice before Milei, was a fantastic experience at great value. Time went by very quickly there.
looks amazing but i would be sad if they flaunted those big steaks in my face only to give me a bite.. is it possible to order a big steak a la carte ?
