Honestly my guesses may be completely off on this but I am going off my personal eating of vegan sausages, larger hash browns and the type of roll
I’m gonna average the sausages at 150 per sausage based on my vegan sausages so 450 for 3 I would say 200 for the hasbrown, it looks on the larger side and possibly oil fried? This looks like a pretzel bread roll to be so about 200 cals? I would include the tommy sauce in the above estimates which I have estimated slightly over.
So overall around 850 which seems way ott so someone please correct me if I am wrong.
