That is a good load of wings and they do look very good.

Do you need to leave the middle section out? I’m afraid I’d drop a wing in there 🤣. Looks great!

Just a word of caution, you are really close to the wall of your house. It looks like stucco? It could be EIFS, which is foam under a thin layer of concrete/stucco. Carry on!

How long did you go for? Did mine last week for the first time with a vortex. Was at 500 and ended up getting them to 165 within 20 mins but the skin didn’t crisp up they way I hoped. I did use baking powder, dried the wings, and left uncovered on a rack in the fridge for five hours or so before.

Wanted to leave them longer but didn’t wanna overcook the meat.

Can you tell us your process? I’m a noob but that looks amazing

Have say you were spot on with setup. Also was concerned for lost wings in the middle. Prob a good thing that Vortex does get hot concentrated there. Must’ve tasted great. Break in weather gonna do a batch this weekend.

You’d probably like those vortex indirect heat baskets you can get that are ideal for wings on a Weber like tjat
