i really wouldn’t waste the mental energy worrying about this. 345 is close enough to what it actually is.

Their food is very standardized. I would trust it.

Calorie wise it looks about right to me. And a big corporations like Starbucks are very into cost cutting and not wasting anything so I really doubt there’s extra calories in this.

If you don’t trust it then weigh it and calculate using the weight they have on their site. But asking us when there’s a trusted nutrition profile is redundant

But why don’t you trust it?
Why do you trust strangers on the internet over Starbucks, who have to make sure the calories they show are as accurate as they can get?

It looks relatively small so I’d say it’s good.
There’s always a margin of error if you’re not preparing the food yourself!

I’d say 110 for bread 195 for cheese 40 for oils/butter

Starbucks sandwiches are mostly mass produced, frozen, and re-heated in store. I’m not 100% positive that this exact one is, but it is likely. I’d trust it as much as you’d trust any other produced frozen food (which to me, means it’s got to be pretty close to accurate).

More or less, yeah sounds right.

if there is any variance it’s probably minimal, close to 400 if it’s wrong but honestly i trust it.

Large bread could be nearly 200 calories and cheese easily 150

All of their food is made in a factory, frozen, and re-heated in store. Of course it’s accurate, just as accurate as any frozen food you’d buy from the grocery store
