I live with my nana and her favourite bread is Honey Oat that we pick up at Sobeys. It’s $5 a loaf now which seems insane. So I made some today and it’s perfect. A great chew. Dense but fluffy and probably the best crumb I’ve ever managed to achieve.
It’ll go into the repertoire for sure.
