Whole jalapenos, salt, garlic, lime juice.
Sear them until starting to get blacken and enjoy.

    Why’d you cut the stems off? I like to keep them on, gives you something to hold so you don’t have touch the peppers while you eat them

    I slice mine an eat them with my steak and as toppings for burgers.

  5. I like them plain and blistered on rhe grill, but also they come out decently in the air fryer. Nothing beats that roasted pepper soft butteryness and the sweetness that comes with it
