Ordered some habit today The only place open by my work. I live in the LA Area and the fires have been devastating. My heart goes out to those who have lost their homes and thank you to all the firefighters. And a thank you for the habit for staying open for my lunch break.
10 nuggets = 310 calories.
2 side salads with no dressing= 108 calories
Meal = 418 calories

tbh OP I do not trust the calorie count on those chicken bites! but maybe they just look bigger in this photo idk
10 nuggets for 310 seems suspicious tbh. McDonald’s nuggets comes up to 430 cals and they look smaller than that.
This is absolutely inaccurate, zero chance those 10 nuggets are 300 cals
Nuggets may be double the calories ngl
There is absolutely no way those calories are even close to accurate
The chicken is one thing but I’m also looking at the croutons as suspicious
This is from Habit Burger and grill in LA. On their website these are the listed calories. OP is actually correct, but the restaurant is the one in question.

Those crutons alone are gonna come to 200 per bowl, minimum. The nugget count will be counted per 1-2 pieces. This is like having a whole pizza and only using the calorie count for 1 slice. There is 800-1000 calories sitting on that desk.
