1. Make rice. Clean and cut vegetables and aromatics. 2. Stir fry vegetables in a bit of oil on medium heat until slightly wilted. 3. Add sauce ingredients, then the beef. Stir occasionally. 4. When beef is almost done, add sesame oil and/or corn starch slurry if desired. 5. Assemble and serve.

**Ingredients (served 3):**
* 1lb shabu-shabu beef
* Half an onion
* 2 bell peppers
* 2 cloves of garlic
* 1 tbsp light soy sauce
* 1 tbsp oyster sauce
* 1 tbsp Shaoxing wine
* 1 tsp sesame oil
**Instructions:**
