oh my god the amount of good healthy food you can have for 450 cals is incredible please try cooking somthing else

  2. Get a halfway decent multivitamin, drink a lot of water, try to use less of the flavor packet, add veggies whenever you can, and just do your best.

Not everyone has good options, for whatever reasons. Do I condone this eating style? Not exactly. But if you need/want to do it for whatever your reasons are, you can do your best to make it as good as you can. Be kind to yourself and your body.

  3. This is terrible, why would you want to do this?

Maybe start with once a day and add a cup of spinach, bok choy or broccoli

  5. Please add some vegetables and maybe a multivitamin if you are going to.. Just some ramen and an egg 3 times a day is not a healthy balanced diet

I accompanied my grandfather for dialysis in his old age, and one of the other guys in line for dialysis was a guy in his early 20’s, right out of university. Dorm life meant he was eating instant ramen and drinking soda every meal of the day. It wrecked his kidneys so much that he had to have dialysis.

Lots of other options out there OP!

I do that often. replace the ramen with konjac noodles (less calories). drop a bokchoy cut roughly in there. add a piece of lean protein (buy those precooked whole chicken if you’re lazy). 10 mins to make. and much more healthy.

Why? Is not a rhetorical question. What is the basis of your idea?

Is it a diet that, will provide you with nutrients from vitamins, minerals to an optimum of protein?

Too much processed food and no vegies/fruits. You might think you are saving money but trust me you will lose more money in the long run if you don’t care for your health.

  10. I up the protein and add cashews to mine, also baby spinach but really you could get a crockpot for cheap and make tons of soups, chilli, etc for really cheap and freeze the leftovers. There are ways to eat cheap and keep it nutritious

Too much sodium and processed food. If you have to eat this – I’d throw out the season packet. Use low sodium vegetable broth instead or you can make your own broth. Add in some veggies. You can get cheap ones at the store.

I hate that one tiny packet of ramen explodes each daily intake of joy (salt, fat, calories). Theres gotta be a way to incorporate it into a calorie deficit without ruining all principles of health.
