This has been on repeat for a while. No oil needed and the protein is super high, I’m full for hours!
Heat frozen spinach and garlic in nonstick pan until thawed, add egg whites (I do half a carton of the Costco brand) add salt and stir a bit. Then leave alone until cooked underneath, flip and cook other side. Top with non-fat Greek yogurt and paprika.
