I’ve been doing wings with Pepper North Black Cherry & Reaper hot sauce, and it’s *fucking amazing*. I’d buy that shit by the gallon if I could.

Spicy wings were my Segway into spice as a kid. I typically do really well with wet spice. I still struggle with eating raw peppers though. Best I’ve done is two orange habaneros back to back and sometimes I partially cook them in some microwave meals. Just don’t do like I did and put garlic reaper sauce on your homemade wings unless your spice tolerance is God tier. For me , anything past about 50 to 100,000 scoville is where I throw in the towel and grab the milk
