
Recipe:
Take dough, roll into sticks, 400°F for anywhere between 10-20 min. After they are done spray them with oil then salt and pepper.
The dough should ideally be something that will make godawful bread.
– Did you leave that mixer going too long?
– Did you second guess how much water you measured, then added a bunch more flour but then overcompensate?
– Did you leave your starter in the fridge for a month, then expect to have perfect bread the next day?
– Did your dough go directly from underproved to over proved?
YES! That is the perfect dough. Use that.
