Ingredients:

• 4 oz (115g) cream cheese, softened
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons honey
• 1 tablespoon olive oil
• 1 cup (240 ml) fresh or frozen cranberries
• 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar
• 1/4 cup (60 ml) water
• 1 tablespoon orange zest
• 1/2 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves (optional)
• Salt and pepper, to taste
• Crackers or toasted bread, for serving
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Cranberry Sauce:
• In a small saucepan, combine cranberries, sugar, and water. Bring to a simmer over medium heat.
• Cook for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cranberries burst and the sauce thickens. Remove from heat.
• Stir in the orange zest and thyme (if using). Set aside to cool to room temperature.
2. Make the Whipped Feta:
• In a food processor, combine the feta, cream cheese, and heavy cream. Blend until smooth and creamy.
