Even though it’s only in the high 20s tonight, after a week where we received almost 15 inches of snow, we decided tonight was steak night. We picked up some thick cut strip steaks at Costco and put them on the Weber.
I failed to get the money shots, but they were perfect and a great way to “celebrate” digging out of the blizzard.

I agree. We grill all year here in Iowa
I don’t think you need to probe all four.
Ive grilled at -25 in Minneapolis when I lived there. Can confirm it is too cold to grill sometimes.
Who needs a fireplace when you’ve got a grill keeping the steaks warm?
