  1. ❀You can eat your soups with rosted nuts, seeds, coconut flakes, special oils like garlic or sesame oil, (coconut) cream, joghurt, avocado, bread, butter with herbs, chips, cheese, olives, tenpeh, tofu, TVP, legumes, nut butter, falafel, patatoes, crispy onions, noodles, rice, wine etc..❀

  3. I love the aspect of higher protein, lower carb. I understand how important carbs are (the goodies, not the baddies, obvi) but I can't be doing too many carbs like how so many vegan & plant-based folks are doing. I'm happy getting most of my fat from whole food sources, no issues there. Oh! & protein combining is something I am working on, too. I'm 46, female and I think in perimenopause so the higher protein is of benefit (without going overboard and having excess turn into glucose).
