About 150 from the veggies, half a pound of cauliflower rice and mixed veggies added
Dash of seasoning
Little bit of feta and a squirt of low cal sauce
750 cals for meal one every morning which leaves me enough for an equally filling 2nd meal before bed

It’s so incredibly easy to prepare without needing a food scale, as the packs are all the same size, and heats up in a pan with zero mess
I love cooking “real” food but this is such a convenient and easy alternative
