Recipe/Ingredients:
1 box thin spaghetti
1 lb ground turkey
1 lb hot Italian sausage
1 medium onion, diced
1 red bell pepper, diced
1 green bell pepper, diced
1 head garlic, minced
1 shallot, chopped
2 blocks sharp/mild cheddar cheese, shredded ( My favorite is Tillamook Cheese )
Shredded Parmesan cheese (for middle layer)
Shredded mozzarella (for topping)
1 tbsp brown sugar (to balance acidity in the sauce, taste if you need more)
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 Jar of spicy Italian sausage sauce
1 can diced fire-roasted peppers
1 tbsp of tomato paste

White Sauce:
2 tbsp butter
2 tbsp of minced garlic
Pint of heavy cream
8oz of Philadelphia cream cheese
Parmesan cheese
365 Italian blend cheese
Shredded mozzarella cheese
Seasonings: Pink Himalayan salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, red pepper flakes, garlic & herb seasoning, herbes de Provence, and parsley
