Of my 3 total full grown plants only managed to grow a single sugar rush stripey peach pepper and it’s finally ripening.

Also anything useful I can make with a single pepper beyond saving the seeds to grow more?

Was thinking of maybe chop it up and spread it among the jars of candied aji nortenos I plan to make?

    A few ideas.

The flowers are self-pollinating, but if they don’t get wind, or insects to move the pollen it will just drop. I like to blow on the flowers when I am inspecting plants for insects and appreciating the structure and leaves.

Over doing the nitrogen can also prevent plants from maturing flowers into fruits as it keeps them in a growth mode.
