This is my 8th or 9th homemade pizza. I use Sally’s Baking Addiction recipe for the dough. Pizza toppings are: spinach, bell peppers, olives, pineapple (only on a few slices because my daughter doesn’t like it lol), vegan sausage, vegan mozzarella, mushrooms, roma tomatoes, and of course sauce. The only thing I cooked before baking was the vegan sausage. Baked at 475 for 15 minutes. I’ll take any advice or suggestions on how to improve.
