White jasmine rice, oven baked chicken seasoned only with salt, and gluten free penne pasta.
I try a new food each week, hoping the penne pasta becomes the 9th food my tummy can tolerate. Btw I don’t hate seasoning. My stomach does.

6 penne chasers is scandalous
Ugh I’ve been there. I hope you find what works for you.
Been there and still have to go there from time to time. I hope you find comfort and flavours again soon
The pasta is killing me
I’ve had to usher a friend though and exclusion diet before, I’m sorry you’re having to take this journey. Especially with spices, that’s worse than having to ditch whole categories of foods.
I’m sorry you have to eat the sick dog special.
My dog has diarrhea and is eating the same thing. Solidarity 🐕
I know the struggle. Just got my gallbladder out after a year of misery. Toward the end all I could eat were white rice and blueberries. Hope you find some more safe foods. ❤️
This is what I feed to dogs who have cancer. I’m so sorry
I initially saw ‘GI’ and thought this was a plate at an army barracks which makes it look not bad but reading the comments I definitely wasn’t thinking of the right GI…
Lymphocytic colitis here, nope. Just nope. I’m eating whatever I want and dealing with the consequences. Those around me have to, as well.
I had to spend a day only eating rice, potatoes, salt, oil, or pork so I could do a breath test. It was a long day, I can not imagine having to always eat like that. I wish you well on your recovery or road to finding what’s going on, fellow Redditor.
lol 0 fiber, 0 flavor, yes i can see why your colon doent like you
I hope you get better
Oof you’re like my aunt. Can’t even eat pepper. No seasoning, no dairy, nothing with any spiciness, no sulfates, and a no to almost anything highly processed or she’ll be shitting her guts out all day.
I feel you. I have ulcerative colitis and severe chronic GERD.
If I may ask (out of pure curiosity), what are your symptoms?
Are you able to tolerate citrus? Drinking hot lemon water has helped my stomach, especially with my acid reflux. I used to be in so much pain until I started drinking that nightly. If your stomach is ok with herbs or onion and garlic, the you can make a brine by boiling those things with salt, chilling and then brining your chicken for 15-30 minutes to infuse the flavors. It worth trying only if you think your stomach can tolerate the flavors without actually having to digest those things.
I’ve had this diet before, it’s pretty painful but saves the pain. Needed to add tuna and lost loads of weight before they found a diet that had some fat in it
I do not miss these meals one bit lmao. Good luck on your health journey
