Only had olive oil, salt, pepper, dried oregano, granulated garlic and, granulated onion on it.
Edit: silly auto correct

When you grill with pepper and oregano it burns and becomes bitter. Pepper it before serving.

The dried Oregano is kind of pointless unless it was part of a marinade. Looks amazing either way.

Honestly, they don’t look so great to me. I really hope the taste and texture were great. I can’t tell you what you did wrong without knowing what you did, but the really light and really dark (charred) parts make me question whether or not you cooked them at a good temp and their proximity to the flame. They look dry and underseasoned. Did you use an oil? I’m genuinely not trying to be rude. Just giving my honest thoughts since you asked.

Looks picture perfect! Just in case you didn’t know, using a thermometer is the ultimate way of making sure you won’t overcook easy to dry out meat like poultry. Having it’s temp snap up to about 10° under the ideal temp and letting it rest for 10mins to bring it up by about 10°.
