This year’s festival introduces an array of new food booths and menu items, including:
The Craftsman’s Courtyard: Featuring dishes like Beef Wellington-inspired Croissant Supreme and Cast Iron-roasted P.E.I. Mussels.
El Artista Hambriento: Serving Ancho-marinated beef sirloin and Chipotle chicken and chorizo croquette.
The Painted Panda: Offering General Tso’s Chicken Shumai and Hong Kong-style Egg Tart.
A highlight of the festival is the all-new Figment Premium Popcorn Bucket, featuring Figment atop a rainbow popcorn light bulb globe with interactive light-up effects.Available exclusively during the festival starting January 17, 2025, while supplies last, with a limit of two buckets per person.

Todd – thanks for answering my question about if you were working the festival via Facebook as I hadn't watched this yet. This is my favorite festival because there are so many different things to look at each year. I hope to see you there on the 23rd!
