The macros is for the original and not with the replacements. So if you use the replacements then dont forget to recalculate the calories. I putted down the kcal per recipe and not per serving because Idk how much a serving would be. I can easily eat the whole thing alone. But if I'm with my mom we each eat half.
I used canned peaches because that's what I had at home but you can make the cobbler for 314 kcal if you use fresh or frozen peaches instead.
The crushed puffed wheat and not bread crumbs or panko because it has bigger crunchy pieces. But if you don't like that or dont have it I guess you can also use panko or bread crumbs.
Ingredients:
Peach base:
- 250g canned light syrup peaches (135 kcal) (or replace with fresh or frozen peaches (98 kcal))
- tsp vanilla extract
- some cinnamon
- optional some sweetener
Topping ingredients:
- 50g Protein pancake mix (mine was 190 kcal)
- 60g Vanilla coke zero (<1 kcal) (replace with regular coke zero (<1 kcal), water or almond milk (9 kcal))
- some cinnamon if your pancake mix doesnt has any in it
- 1 (6g) crushed puffed wheat cracker (24 kcal) (or panko 6g (24 kcal))
- 5g brown sweetener (2 kcal
Steps:
1. Preheat your oven on 190°C
2. when you got your peaches slices and rinsed put it in your oven tray with the cinnamon, vanilla extract and if using the sweetener too. Stir it to evenly spread the vanilla and all.
3. Put the pancake mix in another bowl and add the coke zero and if using the cinnamon. Stir into a even texture.
4. Pour the pancake batter over the peaches.
5. Sprinkle the finely crushed puffed wheat crackers and brown sweetener evenly on top. Feel free to add even more cinnamon on top.
6. Bake it in the oven for about 25-30 minutes.
