•⁠ ⁠2 tbsp Cumin Seeds
•⁠ ⁠2 tbsp Coriander Seeds
•⁠ ⁠1/2 tsp White Peppercorns
•⁠ ⁠1-2 Bay Leaves
•⁠ ⁠2-3 Cloves
•⁠ ⁠1 tsp Red Chili Flakes
•⁠ ⁠1/2 tsp Ground Ginger
•⁠ ⁠1/2 tsp Ground Turmeric

Directions ~
•⁠ ⁠In a preheated pan, dry toast the cumin, coriander, white peppercorns, bay leaves, and cloves for about 50-60 seconds over low heat. Set them aside
•⁠ ⁠Once the spices are cooled down for a while, transfer them to the grinder jar
•⁠ ⁠Add the red chili flakes, ground ginger, and ground turmeric
•⁠ ⁠Grind everything into a fine powder
