Sofritto?! Subito!🤤
This is the predecessor to the minced meat sauce, which is one of the most cooked dishes in Sweden. There are several variants on this recipe, but the most common is that we don’t use the pancetta and just use onions. Add some paprika powder, but no wine if it’s everday life. And, although wine can be used in common everydays, we usually prefer to use the wine as a ”gratification” to the cook and pour the wine there! Cheers and hic!!!🍷😍
