However, in order for this plan to work for someone trying to lose fat, portion sizes should be precisely measured to make sure caloric deficit is created. There are many online tools that can help you with this. I remember using Onlymeal when I started my weight loss journey and I made solid progress, but more importantly I adopted healthy eating habits. Cheers!!

  5. Last time I have oats fruit smoothie in the mrg. Lunch, a rice meal. Dinner, something light chappathi, idli, bread, thosai, tauhu, fishbowl soup. But, I workout 2 hrs 4 times a week. Really lost weight. And it was sooo effortless.
