New to this etc etc, I am struggling with latte art.
I think I need to start pouring the art sooner as I’m not leaving enough room. Also milk has too much air?

Advice would be greatly appreciated

pour slower at the beginning when creating the base layer up to 50% then start pouring in the white bits faster. if the milk has too much air, you can pour it between two pitchers a few times, swirling it in the pitchers to incorporate the air into the microfoam.

Looks like you’re adding a bit too much air. Back off the ripping just a little and give the bottom of the pitcher a nice tap on the counter to pop any surface bubbles in your milk before you pour. It should help you get a smoother texture overall, which is easier to do art with.

  3. Pour slower and texture the milk for as long as possible, start of with cold milk if possible
