My 4th and last post about the trip we had in Asia and the best restaurants we visited. The 1st place is our ranking was Ore and it was voted the best from all 4 of us, I think mostly it wasn’t only delicious but the food and concept is so unique, that it really remind us and gave us back the feeling of why we travel for food. In order to find those specific places that go the extra mile on everything they do. Behind the 6 seat counter we watched 33 courses flying out of the kitchen in an amazing pace we never experienced before. Each dish really strips away from all the excess to travels something only the essential. Most of the menu is vegetarian, and after just dining at EMP 2 days ago. I wish that EMP was taking some notes for this restaurant. We will sure be back for more.
