I havent had enough experience with cantonese cuisine so its hard for me to be a critic and have any fair comparison for this, but I surely enjoyed the meal here

  1. Amuse-bouche
  2. Char Siu Pastry
  3. goldfish-shaped red spot grouper dumpling
  4. steamed char siu & sticky rice dumpling
  5. BARBECUED MEAT COMBINATION
    (Crispy Pork Belly, Barbecued Black Pork, 25-Year Aged Balsamic Vinegar)
  6. Almond Pudding
