On today’s episode of Homeworthy, we step inside the captivating London warehouse apartment of Nikki Lindman, a creative director in advertising who long dreamed of calling this space home.

Once a former tannery, the apartment’s exposed brick and industrial windows were undeniable, but Nikki saw beyond its bachelor pad decor to envision something truly unique.

With the help of Howark Design, Nikki transformed the space, bringing warmth and character back to the building’s historic charm. Join us as we explore the remarkable journey of turning this industrial shell into a vibrant, welcoming home. Enjoy!

  1. Best episode I’ve seen ! Love love love this flat and the owners warmth and spunk . Love the decor and hearing about her background ❤

  2. Love love this home! The colour, the art, textiles and textures – very similar taste to me, although I’m in a small Victorian cottage instead. 😊
I’d be in heaven if I was to visit there .. I love homes where there’s so much to look at and show that the owner has a great personality. She seems super fun 🤩
I did notice chrome hinges on that stunning red door though so not completely banished 🤪
    Copper bench top – Amazing!!

  3. Really great visit! Such a gracious and interesting hostess!
I was relieved (?) when she talked about her partner and their interest with coffee! She definitely put the FUN in caff-FUN-ated! He must be out running arond the block …
Lively, might be a good word and I do love her colors and design scheme. And what a beautiful space to begin with! Love to see it again in a few years with even more interesting pieces and stories.

  4. What an inspiring episode! After a series of quite mediocre interiors, I thought that maybe this was it for Homeworthy, but you produced an absolutely smashing one here!
Exquisite in every sense of the word, feast for the eyes and, omg, what a great personality!
Thank you and great success in 2025!!

  5. Nikki… I think the Man offering the Apple (55:30) may be Paris (rather than Adam), … in The Judgement of Paris. It's the story from Greek mythology, which was one of the events that led up to the Trojan War, and in later versions to the foundation of Rome. Eris, the goddess of discord, was not invited to the wedding of Peleus and Thetis. But she came anyway and threw a golden apple into the midst of the guests, saying "To the fairest!" Three Goddesses, Hera, Athena and Aphrodite, rushed forward to claim the apple, squabbling over it. After some debate, they agreed to have Paris decide who was The Fairest. Paris chose Aphrodite (she, having bribed him with the promise of the hand of The Most Beautiful Woman in the World, which was Helen of Sparta, who was already married!!! to Menelaus). Paris carried Helen off to Troy and the Greeks followed, sparking the Trojan war.
I did notice that the apple in the picture is red, rather than golden, but in every other respect, it looks more like the story of Paris. You even have Eris in the doorway looking on!

  6. Absolutely stunning! The blend of history with chic, modern touches, and the lovely art make it feel so full of character and creativity.

  7. She seems to be a very interesting person and she has taken her life story and build it into her apartment. I love that and hearing about her life. Also love the old loft apartment, old windows and brick. My style is a bit different too this, but a good episode.

  8. I usually look up your videos for updates! Our government has no idea how people are suffering these days. I feel for people with disabilities not getting the help they deserve. Thank Ms Georgette Wong imagine investing $12,000 and received $105,500.

  9. Love to look, some of the content is interesting, however, the long narration becomes extremely wearing , and despite my curiosity, I find myself fast forwarding through the prolonged explanations.

  10. I loved apartment , I was interested in its history, however not the Hosts history , endless narrative. Recommended to my friend who had to turn it off for that very reason.
Let the homes speak for themselves !

  11. 26 minutes in and there have been 5 ads!! What an interrupted experience- not enjoyable at that point. Ridiculous. This channel isn’t worth it at this point. Plenty of others that do not do EXCESSIVE ads.

  12. It was a real pleasure to watch this video in its entirety. Such good design ideas infused with color. Interesting and definitely Not boring. thank you

  13. Divino todo❤ me encantó desde los colores, pasando por los textiles, los cuadros y las luminarias. Exquisito gusto y gran armonía cromática. Gracias por compartir ❤

  14. Echoing other comments here. This is my most favorite Homeworthy episode so far! Nikki's comment that, "color is an opinion" really resonates with me. Her use of space, pattern and color is absolutely delicious. Unforgettable!

  15. Agree w all the comments regarding her personal decor contributions, but the curves, texture, uniqueness of this flat definitely provide the perfect backdrop/canvas!
