  1. A healthier, non-fried twist on traditional Middle Eastern snack! Perfect for lunchboxes, this recipe makes 6-7 wraps.

    Kofta Ingredients:

    Blend: 4 walnuts, 1 onion, 4 garlic, 1/3 bunch coriander leaves
    Mix in: 1/2 cup boiled rajma, 1/2 cup paneer, spices (coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric, garam masala, Aamchoor powder)
    Bind with: 2 tbsp sattu or roasted gram flour

    Yoghurt Sauce:

    Mix: 1 cup curd, 1 tbsp ketchup, 2 tbsp coriander leaves, lemon juice, salt, 1 garlic, 1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli

    Add salad of choice .

    Serve in a whole wheat chapati wrap and enjoy!
