I can never figure out how to have text and image gallery, so I’ll put in this first comment.
Went here for lunch. We were very fortunate to be seated at the Chef’s Table. Three of us were dining – me, my wife, and our good friend who now lives in London. I had the Seasons menu, my wife had the Classic, and our friend had a modified version of the Classic menu since she doesn’t eat shellfish. The pictures are a bit of a mish mash of the different menus.
Short of it was, this was definitely the best meal we had on our trip (also went to Gymkhana, Restaurant Gordon Ramsey, Darjeeling Express, The Parakeet) and one of the most enjoyable meals I’ve ever had. You can see that the dishes were so meticulously prepared and presented.
I wanted to go and read your blog btw but unfortunately on iPhone it’s cropping the sides of the text off which makes it difficult to read. Can’t zoom out or anything. Very odd!

One of the better looking and fun tastings I’ve seen in a bit. Would love to have that meal

Looks delicious, nice break from the anemic plates posted lately

I’ll dine at Core solo next month. Would you recommend the classic or seasons menu? From the classic, I’m not sure I would enjoy the venison in whisky sauce but the potato and both desserts are, well, classic. From the seasons, I’m not a big fan of sweetbread but chocolate/hazelnut dessert is right up my alley.

We recently did both menus as well and it was a great experience!

I’m still working on the full write up on my blog which will be here – [https://epicureanenthusiast.blog/core-by-clare-smyth/](https://epicureanenthusiast.blog/core-by-clare-smyth/)
That looks absolutely stunning.
