Sooo refreshing, delicious, filling and cheap! 10/10, 🐾 of approval.

In a medium bowl, whisk 1 cup of almond milk, 1/4 cup chia seeds, 1 tbsp sugar free maple syrup, 1 tsp vanilla extract (I used caramel sweet drops) and a sprinkle of salt. Let sit 10 minutes, then stir again to incorporate.
Cover and refrigerate until thickened, at least 8 hours.
Once thickened, add PB&J and half a banana. Or whatever toppings you like (: Enjoy!

    Loool, this is exactly the way i do it. Sometimes instead of chia I use oats. The kitty is the cutest ❤️
