I worked at a Greek place when I was a kid and we had to shimmy up the shelves for stuff in a very tall cooler. Coming down I stepped in a bucket of calamari thawing out. That made me fall back and knock over about 25 – 5 gallon buckets of tzatziki. Made a man out of me.

What I do/
I take two rolls of paper towels and lay it over the sill Until it’s just wet fabric to pick Up and mop after
