Egg looked a bit of a mess but good seasoning and it looked a bit jammy still. Nice hefty portion of onions. Not sure what the sauce was but looked tasty and good choice of cheese. Minus points for uncooked bread. 8/10 would eat for sure.
Next time, i recommend treating it like a grilled cheese. Cook your egg (I’ll usually do a drizzle of oil once pan is hot then hit it with a tablespoon of butter. It’ll be greesy but it won’t stick and I’ll rest it on paper towel while sandwich grills) then cook your grilled cheese in same pan (move it around in pan for even browning), finally pry it open, add egg and condiments, and enjoy!
