Another one I’ve made recently, on how to fillet Skipjack Tuna or Bonito. As some of you might know I am a London based sushi chef that’s been trying to recreate my work in video and hopefully it can be useful for some.
I’m still very new to the whole video making thing, but I think I am getting a bit better. If you have any requests for videos I should do or any feedback to the current ones please let me know. I know the quality is still not great, but it’s been an interesting experience for me and hopefully I can one day transition to doing this full time.
