This was a pleasantly filling breakfast for only 354 calories. I whisked in 3 tablespoons of full-fat Greek yogurt with the eggs to help with sateity but you could probably opt for non-fat or skip the yogurt altogether and save a few more calories. Ingredients for recipe are in the second picture.

    So sorry if this is a dumb question, but when people use yogurt/cottage cheese in scrambled eggs, we’re whisking it in with the raw eggs and cooking it all together?
