No, add chile to your chili when you’re hot. The chile will cause you to sweat, which will help you lower your body temperature.

  2. The commonwealth spelling of “chilli” bothers me way more than it should.

This works especially well while on a vacation in Chile 🇨🇱

THERE’s not enough chile in THEIR chili over THERE.

YOU’RE a lightweight if you don’t add chile to YOUR chili.

  5. They’re both “chili” in the US, “chilli” in the UK, and “chile” in Latin America. The dish “chili” or “chile” or “chilli” is named for the pepper and the different spellings are what different cultures have landed on. In all three cultures, using the same spelling for the pepper and the dish is correct.

I know you’re ***trying*** to be pedantic, but make sure you’re actually right before trying to be pedantic.

    Chile is a country brother.
Chili Pepper is in the dictionary. It’s a real word.
