It's a fennel, ginger, cayenne, and tumeric crusted porkchop with a sweet potato purée with chopped pistachios for crunch and flavor contrast. Roasted king oyster mushrooms and finished with a honey, mustard and aged balsamic pan sauce. Garnished with crispy garlic and chives.
