Moroccan pancake Baghrir

1 1/2 cup of fine semolina or semolina flour
3/4 cup white flour
1 TBSP of Yeast
1 TBSP of baking powder
2 tsp of salt
2 tsp of sugar
3 cups of warm water

Blend all ingredients in a blender for one minute on high
Let rest for 10 minutes
Pour batter into a hot pan that has been heated to medium
let cook for about 2 minutes or until batter has bubbled up the top is dry.
this is only cooked on one side.

Serve with warm honey, butter, olive oil, or jam!
