Also went to the Asian mart and this stuff $1.75 is incredible. Best flavor I’ve had in a while. “Extra hot” though. I’d say just below Buldak black (I know, I know, get over it)
Also, buldak is the best way to describe heat levels for almost everyone here because it’s the one spicy thing most people have in common. So it’s okay that it is discussed so much. Great baseline for almost everyone.

I love the regular Chin Su, didn’t even know there was a hotter version! It’s a little sweet, but a nice flavor enhancer.
