Made a huge batch of both chickpea curry and a pork and potato vindaloo (thanks, Aldi 75% reduced pork shoulder joints). The vindaloo is one I'm really fond of, lots of garlic with vinegar and palm sugar, and mustard oil.

Probably a dozen portions of each for a total of about £8. Happily, just acquired a chest freezer for the shed 🙂
