

Wow, this worked better than I expected. Just salt a pepper, 28 hours at 133F, then a quick sear on the grill. Way juicier than I expected, especially for such lean meat. Prime rib texture, much more flavorful. I want to do this all the time.

what’s the taste like? is it gamey at all? havnt had much bison, mostly burgers.
