Ingredients:-
* Red Chillies (15-20)
* Garlic (15-18)
* Salt (2-3tbsp)
* Olive Oil (6-8tbsp)
* Tomato Ketchup (Optional for tangy flavour)

Methods:-
* Take some Red chillies and roast it, and then grind it into a flaky mixture.
* After that put in a jar or container you want to keep it in.
* Take garlic clove, now either grind or chop. And add it in the jar with red chillies mixture and mix well.
* After mixing garlic and red chillies, add 2tbsp of salt or as per your taste and mix.
* Now take some 3-4tbsp of oil at a time and heat and pour in the jar slowly and mix.
* Repeat the process of heating 3-4tbsp of oil and mixing slowly in jar.
* Just see the oil must be a bit more than your red chilli and garlic mixture in jar after adding this much and add accordingly.
* Once done, you can keep this in your fridge and it will be good to eat for 12-15days.
