Two course meal. First, Rigatoni and peas and green beans in a jack and sharp cheddar cheese sauce with plenty of butter-fried garlic. Shallots, white pepper and a splash of chardonnay.
Secondly, double fried fries with homemade ketchup. Flavored with a healthy dash of chipotle and cayenne.
