How many calories did I binge on in the all you can eat?

    My very rough estimate is around 3900. What is wheat salad??

    2500-3000 before dessert plates.
    And it’s more difficult with desserts size and calories, but I’d say up to 1000 for last two plates.
    So 3500-4000 overall.

    Lot’s of protein though! Which is good – since its more difficult to digest.

    around 3000 but looks like 65% protein which is really good. as your body doesn’t absorb as much of the calories from protein.

    You ate a lot of low calorie proteins with the fish/seafood. I hope you enjoyed it! Sometimes I really regret over eating but sometimes it’s worth it hahahah

    It’s hard to know without knowing what was cooked with oil / butter like a lot of seafood is.
    But I’d say 3200-3500, then desert around 800-1000
