Künefe is a traditional Middle Eastern dessert made with shredded pastry dough (kataifi), filled with melty cheese, baked until golden, and soaked in sweet syrup. Served hot and topped with pistachios, it’s a perfect blend of crispy, gooey, and sweet flavors. It is really delicious.
