Spicy Lemon-Dill Salmon Recipe
Ingredients:
4 salmon fillets (about 6 oz each)
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp fresh lemon juice (about 1/2 a lemon)
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (adjust to taste)
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
2 tbsp fresh dill, chopped (or 1 tbsp dried dill)
