On December 28, 2024, about 200 children of St. Joseph Parish, Bomaa, the hometown of Fr. Felix Twumasi, were fed. This was made possible through the generous donations from the parishes of Queen of the Holy Rosary in Hostyn and Sts Peter & Paul in Plum. The pastor, Fr. Pascal of St. Joseph, was present to say a blessing. He thanked these sister parishes for feeding these children. Father Felix, who was the pastor at Hostyn and Plum churches for three years before moving to further his studies said he expressed his profound gratitude to the parishioners for the love shown.
