700g gizzards
6 cherry tomatoes
3/4 of a medium onion
2 cloves minced garlic
A handful of mixed bell peppers
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp ginger powder
1/2 tsp coriander seed powder
1 tbsp teriyaki sauce
1 tsp soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp chicken stock powder
5 small potatoes
1000 ml Hot water
4 tbsp oil
-PUT OIL IN A POT HEAT ON MEDIUM UNTIL HOT, ADD THE GIZZARDS, SALT, STIR AND ADD 800ML HOT WATER, COOK FOR 45 MINUTES, AFTER 45 MINUTES FRY FOR 5 MINUTES, AND THEN ADD ONION MIX AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES THEN ADD THE TOMATOES, GARLIC, STIR AND COVER WITH A LID COOK FOR 5 MINUTES, MIX AND ADD THE POTATOES STIR AND COVER WITH A LID COOK FOR 2 MINUTES THERE AFTER ADD SMOKED PAPRIKA, GINGER, CORIANDER SEED POWDER, SOY SAUCE, TERIYAKI SAUCE, CHICKEN STOCK POWDER, MIX WELL AND COOK FOR 3 MINUTES, THEN ADD BELL PEPPERS, STIR AND COOK FOR 2 MINUTES, ADD 400ML HOT WATER COVER WITH A LID COOK FOR 25 MINUTES, ONCE THE SAUCE IS THICK AND THE POTATOES ARE TENDER IT’S READY, SERVE WITH RICE, ENJOY!
